Google Chrome 1.0 finishes to its very first version

After about three months after the start of open testing the developers released the first version of the browser Google Chrome.
The browser has established a unique record: for the ten-year history of Google, none of its products have ever left the beta stage so quickly. The total number of updates came to 14, and the fifteenth one became the finished version 1.0. According to Google, for the moment their browser has already attracted over 10 million active users.
Compared with the first beta version, Google Chrome 1.0 has progressed greatly. For example, they increased stability and performance, corrected errors with sound and video, accelerated downloading pages, improved bookmarks manager. In the near future, the developers promise to add support of RSS and automatically filling in online forms, as well as release versions for Mac and Linux.
