It has been said in the blog post on Google Maps by Google that this feature can also be accessed from the menu of My Location or with the help of results from the address search. It was also said that when it is the time for meeting up with your friends then finding the nearest cafes, shops and many of the other places can be very good. With the help of this new version, the Android users can tap into few of the experiments of Google, as it has a Google Labs for the maps of Google. It gives many of the new features which would not be ready for the full time implementation.
