Grand Theft Auto 4 for PC is far from being perfect

It has not been a long time that Grand Theft Auto 4 PC-version came out, but the net is already lavished with usersâ€™ complaints.
The matter is that the game has extremely high system requirements and under most configurations, it is unable to give an acceptable number of frames per second. But it that is not it even.
