Paint.NET 3.20: editing images

A new version of the free program to work with images Paint.NET has come out. It was developed at the University of Washington to replace the MS Paint program (hence, its name). Compared to the latter, the program has a great number of advantages, in particular, supports the work with layers, there is the possibility of creating a variety of effects. The program is available in English and German.
The latest version reorganizes effects menu, improves the very effects, elaborates a new system for the development of new effects, improves handling errors.
