Panda Security about security at Christmas Holydays

On the run-up to New Year Panda Security, "announced" the greatest danger during holidays coming from bank Trojans designed to steal passwords for access to online banking services and payment systems. Bank trojans consisted 18.59% of the total number of infections in this year and were found in 24.1% of cases of trojans infecting. "The number of online transactions in the Christmas season has markedly increased. This means that cyber-criminals put into circulation a greater number of malicious programs for the purpose of obtaining money from cyber-accounts" - report representatives of PandaLabs
. Another danger of the holidays period is phishing attacks - pursuing the same aim. Lovers of online games like World of Worldcraft and Lineage also should watch out.
