QIP 2005 & QIP Infium: updating the popular IM client

Update of the popular alternative IM-client of QIP. The update touched versions QIP 2005, and QIP Infium. The reason for updating was the fact that the company AOL, once again, without any warning modified the protocol ICQ, resulted in impossibility of users of QIP and other alternative clients to gain access to the net.
In addition to changes guaranteeing stable connection, a new version of QIP Infium contains other improvements. Thus, the system of postal notifications has improvements in performance of the service file.qip.ru, as well as an opportunity to call to city phones.
