Skype 4.0.0.176 Beta 3: do stay in touch!

The third beta version of Skype 4.
In addition to the feature of making free calls to other users of Skype, the program also offers additional services: sending SMS to mobile phones, calls to city and mobile phones, personal number to receive calls from city and mobile phones, voice mail service, etc…
This beta adds a button to notify the unwanted calls (spam), updates the settings bar; adds saving history; adds a button to send your opinion about the connection quality; updates Extras Manager; fixed errors.
Some of the 4th version features:
Updated interface;
All modes of communication (video call, sending SMS and conventional messages) are now located in the contact window;
New tools for all kinds of calls;
Larger screen for video calls.
