Software AG Brings Monitoring For The Mainframes Apps

It has been announced by the Software AG that it would be releasing a new tool that would be giving the customers a combined view of the wide range of the products that are running on the mainframes. Optimize for Infrastructure is the name of the new tool and is being based upon the browser which has been aimed for providing the managers of the mainframes with a way for monitoring the Adabas database system and also the products which are made for the management of the data, the Natural applications of the Software AG, and also the user interfaces of WebMethods ApplinX and the services of EntireX which are built with the wizards of eclipse from the applications of the legacy mainframes.
WebMethods has been acquired by Software AG during the year 2007 and it has also added it as one seprerate division of the product. The products of both ApplinX and EntireX are from that unit which modernizes the applications of legacy in order to give them the user interfaces for the web, or the added functionality which enables them to function as services in an architecture which is services oriented. Optimize for Infrastructure is such a management tool which allows the administrators of IT to choose from many of the available key performance indicators.
