Total Uninstall 4.50: managing installed programs
31st December 2007
A new version of the program, designed to uninstall applications, and to track changes, made by applications to the registry. Before installing a new program, Total Uninstall takes a snapshot of the system, and then makes another snapshot after the installation and compares them. When a user wants to remove the program, Total Uninstall analyzes all the changes that the program made to the system, and gives a detailed list of files, folders, registry keys and values which belong to it. A user can delete all or some of these elements.
The latest version introduces an opportunity to change the icon of the installed application, adds a button to reset all the settings non-used by default.
