Vista Codec Package 5.0.4: codecs package for Vista

Another version of the package called Vista Codec Package. This product is slightly deviated from the general concepts; it also contains a core set of decoders for playback of the major video and audio formats. However, the package has no player, thus, allowing users to choose it themselves. The product also offers an opportunity to play streaming video using the existing system of browsers and other tools supporting DirectShow.
A special feature of the product is the ability to be integrated into the Windows distribution, which actually gives full support of multimedia straight after installing OS.
There are two variants for different builds x86 and x64 of Windows Vista OS. The latter implies separate installer with additional components.
