Windows Vista Service Pack 2 beta nothing outstanding
18th December 2008
The company Microsoft released a beta version of Service Pack 2 for Windows Vista, the main product for desktop systems so far.
The status of the beta implies no vital changes. Most visible changes of SP2 for Vista include corrected problems with the applications of Spy Sweeper and ZoneAlarm; expanded hardware support of DirectX technology and improvements in Wi-Fi under the terms of low energy consumption. The developers also improved the technology Windows Search 4.0 and support of Bluetooth 2.1.
Microsoft provides several ways to install Vista SP2. The first way: you can download an image of the installation disk in .ISO and then burn this image to your CD. Another variant involves downloading a full installation file of 397 MB. The third way: downloading Vista SP2 via Windows Update. Already, there are several problems found after installing Vista SP2, which is, to be absolutely frank, no surprise.
