Wizardbrush 6.7.3.9: painting for beginners

A convenient program for painting, supporting the layers feature, has been updated. Wizardbrush includes a variety of tools for drawing, both standard and original. Among them there are Magic Wand, pencil, Chinese brush, etc. The program supports work with graphic pads and gives free rein in customizing interface - all toolbars can be moved anywhere.
