Start Excel 2000 and open a new blank worksheet by using the “File”
and “New” menu options. Press [F5], type X2000:L2000 in the “Reference”
prompt, and click on “OK”. Press [Tab] to make M2000 the current active
cell. Then, hold [Ctrl] + [Shift] and click on the “Chart Wizard” icon
(which resembles a small blue, yellow and red bar chart.

2)Cilck on publish
3)Click on “add interactivity with”.
4)Click on publish
5)Open the newly created html document.
6)Navigate to the cell WC2000
7)Press ctrl+shift and click on the “Microsoft web components” icon on the
  top left of the screen
8)enjoy the sim game, esc to end.
