FastStone Image Viewer (FSIV) is not just a viewer. It has fast, reliable, intuitive features for editing, converting from one format to another, browsing images, adjusting color, doing your crop and resize, and removal of red-eye, and comparisons, as well as file management, and viewing your images. You get fast EXIF info, popup toolbars on hotspots at the edge of your screen. RAW formats, such as: -CRW, CR2, NEF, PEF, RAF, MRW, ORF, SRF, and DNG, among others can be used in FSIV. Graphic formats, such as: BMP, JPEG, JPEG 2000, animated GIFs, PNG, PCX, TIFF, WMF, ICO, TGA, and others are used in FSIV. You get magnification with excellent resolution, slideshow features that can include music and audio. You can also select form over 150 transition effects, including lossless JPEG transition, image annotations, histograms, drop shadow effects, as well as others. Its thumbnail browsing is nicely done, in line with the extra special feel you get as a user with all of FSIV’s actions.
