On a discrepancy, FileHippo notifies you to give you the opportunity to update your machine. FileHippp uses its server to retain your system’s profile and gives you a client. It is free software, less than 500kb footprint, quick to download, and even quicker to install and run (on FileHippo’s test machines, download and installs were under 2 seconds). It is only Windows compatible and requires the MS . NET Framework 4.0 client installed.
