VirtualDJ (VDJ) is just that, a ‘deejay’ tool, software for the budding deejay who wants to mix digital video and audio tracks and then play and share the results. Use a two turntable plus mixer user interface or expand it to a four turntable (or more) setup – your choice. It emulates vinyl for a life like mix and scratch experience, authentic and much more powerful than just a mouse and keyboard interface. VDJ touts a vast array of functions beyond the standard controls, such as cue, stop, pause, play. Some of these features are: 3-band equalizer, karaoke function, auto BPM, Key calc, simulate scratching encode MP3 from CDs, play iTunes playlists, DJ session recordings and much more.
