General rate: Negative
This has got to be one of the buggiest pieces of software I have ever used. When I first purchased it, I had only tried the conversion on one DVD title I had previously ripped with DVDShrink. It worked great, on that one title. It has not functioned consistly on others. I have had very little success with this software since version 3.6.x through 3.8.1. Additionally, there is NO support. All emails to tech support have gone unanswered.
