The support is awful, terrible, horrible. You will wait 7 days to receive a two word e-mail. I had asked for a refund because the software does not work and they never replied back. This is a one man show. David Wang. He is the company. He is the scam. Very bad experience. The worst online purchase I have ever made. I never had a bad experience buying online and because of companies or people like this one, we lose faith. I was robbed!
