Love it. Switched from Dolphin to Able software - they actually converted the database with my 30,000 members in 12 hours!

As a recent (October 2007) and unhappy customer of ABK-SOFT, the makers of AbleDating and AbleSpace software, I have documented my technical and customer service experience with them as a warning to other buyers. Perfect software. I bought it last week and advised my friend to do it either. It is the first software, were one can try in action a new 3D city plugin. Other functions are also made in the high quality.

AbleDating is a pretty good script. Support is a little slow but at least the script runs right and the company doesn't seem to be very shady Honestly, they seem to be very honest and respectful. The script is just INSANELY FULL of AJAX options and other nice options that end-users absolutely LOVE. If you really want to knock the socks off of your members - this script is the one to check out first. Downfall? It's about twice as expensive as other cheaper scripts.

i think able dating is a nice software, their support is also very good and helpful. I think compared to other softwares able dating has a better platform and they make regular improvements. Top service and top product!!

I just want to testify of a great and fast support which ABK Soft provided for me. Sunday afternoon, I was trying to edit my homepage (www.Aroos.com), and suddenly everything disappeared; the template, images, and so on. I placed a support ticket, but could never imagine someone would respond on Sunday afternoon. To my surprise, not only ABK staff responded, but fixed the problem so fast.

Company does not deliver or provide any type of REAL customer service. Special features are not really purchased just used to bait buyers. Examples:video chat and video sharing are hosted on thier servers...IN RUSSIA! Slow and they control everything. Try the demo...the problems you see there are what you can expect. After you buy service goes away...I know! I baught and feel cheated. And because they are in Russia I have no recourse. If you complain you are banned from the service site....why not...they have their money. Also when you see a good review pay attention to the english....it is broken and the syntax is off....maybe because it is the developer in Russia writing it. Honestly beware!
