after software was installed, it stated that the license registration was illegal and submitted my IP address to the company. This was the first time it was ran and was in trial mode as I hadn't purchased it yet. I have tried calling them, but the don't respond to phone calls. I have removed the product and will not use it again.

I had the same thing happen and it freaked me out. I have never used the software and this was the demo version. a message came up asking me to restart and then "pop" a error message is on my screen threating me with prosecution because it was an "illegal" version. This software is terrible.
