We have been using this tool to monitor 5 Windows NT 4.0 servers and our Internet connection for about a year and it works great! We use the ability to automatically restart a service if it fails, and this has saved us a number of times, especially with the spooler service on the print servers! The email alerts are great too! This is a great product, would definitely recommend it.

This product does what it says but beware if you need to upgrade(license or version) because they double talk you. I own the PRO...upgraded to ENTERPRISE... Doesn't work. "Professional and Enterprise licenses allow you to install new versions and updates within 12 months after purchase." (We just purchased this license) BUT THEN THEY TELL YOU... As I see you have changed type of your license from Professional to Enterprise. But you have not purchased new version of the software. VERY SAD...Because it is a great product.
