I was a little confused with this program at first. But once you get the hang of setting it up,it's great. You have total control over it, and can set it and forget it! It's been running for 2 weeks now and hasn't missed a file! The program allows you to send backup to any drive or media. It's not fancy! But it is very effective. Note: Any problems,and Max will get right back with you to help out!That is customer service!
