I purchased and downloaded Magical Defrag 2 on Friday, 2nd Nov, 07 and my computer crashed (blue screen). It kept crashing and re-booting on its own without giving me a chance to de-instal the program. Eventually I started in "Safe Mode" and de-installed the program. After re-booting my laptop still kept crashing and re-booting. I again started in "Safe Mode" went to "Computer Management, Sevices" where I found the program still active. I could not de-instal it from there but de-activated it. I complained to Ashampoo requesting refund of my money but they are keeping silent so far
