Wow the demo is all you need, I've been playing it for days, way cool graphics...

I've been a fan of cannon games for sometime, but I wanted an alternative to Worms and Blast Doors. I found Atomic Cannon about a month ago and have played 150 games since then. Atomic Cannon offers a lot more variety than a lot of the cannon games out there: cool weapons, up to eight human and eight computer opponents, the genre mainstays of realistic weather and terrain, enjoyable music and sound, and fun action without losing the challenge of getting the angle and force just right. The game's biggest plus is that with the ability to select the size of the playing area and the number of opponents, you can have as long or short a game as you like, so even if you do play a hundred games in the first week, it still offers a lot of replayability when you come back later. The download is small, making it a good game for either the casual or hardcore fan of cannon games. The only thing I don't care for too much is that the AI seems a little weak--I'd prefer the enemies to fire intelligently but miss for lack of skill, not because they want to shoot at nothing and give you a head start. The graphics may not be to everyone's liking, but I think they suit the game.
