I used this program for about a week and many times, it would go to the web site you want but then the User ID & Password would not appear. Also, I would often get the "Send error report to Microsoft" dialog box followed by the KERNEL32.DLL error. When you click OK, it shuts Explorer down. I finally got sick of getting this so went back to using a drag & drop program "Easy Password Manager" version 1.

this program might keep your passwords but hacks can get that info very easy
