I ordered the free trial for Backup Wolf and within 12 hours the money was out of my account. Support was very rude and insulting. The software would not download at ANY site I went to. I have email addresses that don't work, a tech email that is listed a non-existent, and no way to reach this company. I am disabled and on a fixed income. If you can afford to lose money, go ahead.
