This program is amazing. I've been using it for quite a while now and can't say enough about it. Clean and simple program, updated constantly and gets my bid in when I want (either at a set time before the end of auction or automatically). Nice to also have other ebay sites besides the US... :) I did however have one snag as I recently installed the update on Vista Ultimate...the program hung... yet within hours I had a support e-mail back from the company with a fix. AMAZING SUPPORT AND RESPONSE TIME!!! I would definately recommend this program to all and any whom use ebay... I will definately be a LONG TERM customer.
