I paid the $20.00 for the program and a few days later had a crash (not related to BELLS) but when I tried to reinstall I have not been able to have it accept my registration therefore it does not work. I have written DS Development 4-5 times stating my problem an after almost 2 months no PERSON will respond with help. Automation always sends me back my registration number which does not work. If I had known the lack of support I would have never made the purchase. From PC Mag's review it sounded like a great program. I do not recommend this program due to the lack of support. I waited too long to complain to PayPal and they would not help. Pay with credit card if you dare to purchase. Cliff Leonard
