Is this "soft" a joke? using a mail-transfer encoding and then selling it?? Google for "base64", you could decode base64 in seconds and for free. zend is a little bit better (there are online services for deciphering zend encoded files (opcodes->php source), so if someone gets your file they'll get the source code. best bet is to use php code obfuscator + ioncube.

Codelock dynamic encryptor currently is not a working product. They appear to be having technical problems with all their products and have had to disable their forum. No response from their support either. Refused to provide a refund. Stay clear at all costs. You will waste time and money and regret it otherwise.
