I used this product and found it superb until I had a catastrophic power failure this side of the UPS. The restore disk could not help me find the C: drive and I had to buy a new one in the end. I'm fairly up to speed on these things and tried various restore options but unfortunately the product does what it says - well - and if the restore disk doesn't work then you may as well throw the whole hard one away.
