ConceptDraw is a rip-off. It's overpriced (we paid over $1500 for a 5-user license), the support is awful, the interface clumsy, rendering below acceptable (output to PDF looks very bad and cannot be presented in a professional environment) and the continuously announced upgrade promised by their developer in the public support forum (which has since disappeared from their website. I wonder why!!!) for August 2010 finally arrived in early 2011. We were looking forward to upgrading and finally getting all the bugs fixed, but to our horror we were told that the upgrade would cost us another $1300 for the same user group. This is by far the worst value for money for a digital product I have ever experienced. Stay away from ConceptDraw. There are better, cheaper and friendlier tools out there.
