The "Guide" that is available for this software is very inadequate, and customer service is sorely lacking. Every 24-48 hours I get a response via email with either a suggestion that is not relevant or a request for more information. The problem is not the software, it's the company, and I cannot recommend it.

The most recent upgrade does NOT work for ipodTouch. It's fine for the Nano. The older one worked well for the Touch. So beware. Support for my questions on how to fix the problem got me lame suggestions so far.
