I loved it while the trial worked. I was preparing to buy it. The trial expired I tried to uninstall it. It failed and now I can not get on the Internet for a week. I have run their cat_cs utility and sent them 2 urgent emails and have heard nothing. If tech support is important to you do not use this product lightly. I can and in my case has bitten me badly, very badly.
