Hey Tony, I had the same problem. I liked the product idea, but I had the same problems you had with the early version. However now that I have the latest update and it now works great. Rgds Mark.

the idea behind this is great, however when I had a full version of it, it did not work at all. I tried several dvds, and it refused to capture the data to the librarian. I went through the FAQ and support section of their site and all I found was a statement saying it doesn't work with certain DVDs. I was not impressed.
