POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I placed an online order through Plimus - but the unlock key was not provided for 8 hours. In that time I found Easeus (freeware) and had my files restored in 5 minutes. I then tried to cancel the order but there was no customer service person or method online to cancel the order. 8 hours after the order was placed the unlock key arrived via email. DiskInternals has refused to provide a refund. I will avoid ever again dealing with Plimus or DiskInternals.
