Terrible. Lack of customer support made it impossible to try and figure out what was wrong. No response from their suggested Customer Forum. They wouldn't even publish my request for help. Several requests resulted in nothing but frustration from me. I have uninstalled due to problems with slow Outlook, blank screens, wrong version ( I purhcased commercial and got residential).
