Is it possible to trust software which provides automated warnings of rogue files it couldn't possibly find. A popup opened on my computer while I was on the net, telling me I have hundreds of dangerous suspect files on my machine. I own an Apple Mac, the software couldn't possibly have found ANY rogue data. Can you really trust a software maker who lies like that? Is this sort of behaviour even legal?
