My expereince has been that the program has too many ongoing glitches that make the whole program return zero results for my particular use. Continued promises to fix do not materialize for weeks. Support is poor. When the program does work it is slow. My experience is that nearly all the time there is an ongoing, or new. problem, which does not get fixed. Coomunication from sellers site and support is extremely poor, with nothing but promises and little esle. I have given up paying a monthly fee for a program I cannot use. My advise, find an alternative.
