Program does not recognize any format I have given a file (gif,bmp,rtf etc)and continues to state content as invalid image file format. I have tried every conceivable method I know to make it work...to no avail. Waiting for support information to possibly rectify problem. Until then I am not a happy camper!

When upgrading fax4outlook to a new service release it deletes all of your faxes, and their customized categories and subjects, from your outlook inbox and sent items. Their tech support insists that this is by design!?!?
