The concept is that you should train it how to find spam, I mean at the beginning you should by yourself classify emails as spam and good. This way the SpamCombat learns. After a weeks of training you will see about 99% of spam automatically eliminated. Plus, they have a users forum where everyone is welcome to ask questions about SpamCombat.
