i used this on both windows 2000 and windows server 2003 and after using it on both occasions i got a lag of over 200 over a LAN! give it a try, see if it works for you, but it did the opposite for me.

I have a BFG 6800 GT, a P4 2.66 HT, and 512 DDR2 RAM and I also play Doom 3 so this was a nice test... Overall this program really made my system much smoother and less drop in Frame Rates at High Resolutions. I believe that this program is good fix until your next RAM and/or CPU upgrade or if you have a nice Vid Card and so-so CPU.
