I requested support 3 times - responses:0 When I uninstalled HDD pro (because the REGISTERED and PAID version still only gave me temps for 1 of 2 drives that the trial version of SIGuargian gave) and reinstalled - I received uninstall/reinstall errors - and now I get an error when I try to run HDD Pro. (I cleaned the registry with 2 separate products and rebooted appropriately). I am now doubting whether the temp readings this product gives on the one drive are even meaningful. I have no confidence in this product or company.
