This program has some very nice features like Caller ID logging and forwarding messages as email.

I recently downloaded this program in the trial version and noticed that it also did not answer when I called my phone from my cell. However, I decided to register this item at $19, not $24, which was even better, and it works perfect. It appears you might need to register it to unlock it's full capacity? I also like the customization of the outgoing message. Overall a very nice little program.

I think that IVM Telephone Answering Machince is a great thing! I downloaded jsut 2 hours ago but already know it like I use it for ages! The only thing is that it stucks sometimes when I use remote feature.. I don't know the reason. Maybe my soud card?

I tried this with a voice 56K Modem, and was not happy. I have since purchased a Dialogic card, and under Windows 2000, it works great. Good Value.

Have XP for home. Wouldn't run on my maching - got a runtime error. Will I never find a good voicemail software?

I was wondering why I didn't have any calls. I called the line on my cell phone and watched it NOT PICK UP!!! I spent an hour trying to get it to work and realized that I should dump this horrible program and try another. DL ez voice... it works!

Company hides behind website even when it comes to sales. You can't get responce from them even when filling out the forms on there site to get message to them.

I'd seen this problem some time ago but decided now to try it out. It works great! Took a couple of reads of the advanced part of the help manual to get the gist of how it worked, but after a half hour of recording messages and options and setting them all up in IVM, I've now got a nice menu system - makes it easier to find messages as I run a business from home, and marketing queries from the local window company and guys trying to sell me kitchens go to one folders, my personal friends messages to another, and all business calls to a third. I'm in the process of setting up the digit entry system so I can take people's phone numbers to call them back, and I'm working on a way to have people speak their name and then move on to give other details. Now if I can only get this system to work with VoipCheap I'll be very happy as then I can have it divert to other numbers when I'm away. It's well worth the money, and the setup time and effort - if like me you're on a wireless network at home you'll have to invest in a modem (I recommend external modems) and phone cabling, but it's well worth it as I said.
