This application is excellent. Very intuitive interface and truly geared to serious job seekers. Other applications I have been testing merely download job listings from the internet (as if they were hard to find!). JobTabs really helps you roll up your sleeves and get some phone calls BACK from the people you sent your resume to - as in interviews!
