I tried KISS Wave MP3 Editor v11.8 It is very slow, after every operation (including pressing the play button) it starts reloading the whole file. Authors apparently don't know how large audio files should be handled by the computer's memory. It has lots of effects though. So only use if you have lots of patience and desperately need a certain effect and don't mind the bitrate being reduced. Otherwise, you'll find this rubbish. (If you need a simple freeware WMA-editor that needs to just cut and fade, try Shuangs Audio Editor.)
