Hi I think this Knowledge base software is fantastic. We are seriously considering to buy. We have a team of developers and would like to add in a few extra functions into the knowledge base system. Is there anyway you could send the files to me so we can adapt the software (with your permission of course). All we would like to add in is when you searh in the Knowledge Base to bring up a list so its easier and also to add a box to insert the name of the user and dept etc in of who logged the call. And then we can print out reports etc. Hope you can help. Thanks
