ABSOLUTE CRAP. The software didn't work. I couldn't get through to tech support (they were closed that day but didn't bother to change their phone message about someone being with me shortly so I kept calling). I called the sales line and told them I was unsatisfied with the product and wanted a refund. "Michael" immediately became rude (I was nothing but courteous) and when I asked him why he was being rude, the man HUNG UP ON ME. The next week I called tech support and told them I wanted a refund. They couldn't/wouldn't help me with that until they tried to troubleshoot the problem. I'm not home when their tech support is open. I told them that was not a satisfactory answer and that I wanted a supervisor. I was told one wasn't available. I asked for a phone number to the main office. The guy told me he didn't know it and wasn't even sure where the main office was. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Rotten software, rotten company, rotten people, rotten policies.
