I purchased RM RAM to MP3/WAV converter and installed the reccommended K-Lite Mega Codec but the program when adding RAM files I still getan error saying that I don't have the proper codecs. I contacted them two days ago and still have not received an answer to my problem. I would not reccommend purchasing this program with an online download.
