Product didn't do what I expected (speed up my system). I requested a refund (according to their 30 day no questions asked) a week ago and am still fighting for it. Every time I make a request I am asked to try something else(export scan, run defrag, allow remote access). 30 day money back, no questions asked - WHAT A JOKE!!

This software damaged my system. It claimed it needed to repair some 4,000 registry "errors," more than 10 times the number competing products found. Red flag right there. What it did was make the system crash and fail to shut down. Fortunately the restore feature got the system back to about where it was. Company ignored repeated refund requests. BAD, DANGEROUS SOFTWARE FROM AN ARROGANT AND DECEITFUL VENDOR--STAY AWAY!

After I compared it against other cleaners, I decided to go with a competitor, and sought a refund. Their website says: "30 Days Money Back Guarantee! No Questions Asked!" That's just a big, steaming lie. They kept hassling me even after I pointed out the text of their broken promise, and forced me to initiate a compaint with PayPal to get my money back.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD MAX REGISTRY CLEANER! I bought this program (their refund policy was a definite deciding point) and downloaded it and after a deep scan I had serious problems w/ my computer. Several programs no longer worked due to missing files so they had to be reinstalled. I contacted Max Registry to obtain the refund they advertised as "30 Day, No Questions Asked, Guaranteed." They DO NOT refund your money! This is a total rip off and this company cannot be trusted as they LIE in their advertisement. There should be more we can do about false, deceptive advertising.
