For a potentially useful product, this is undoubtedly useless. easy to set up, but transferring files (for some reason) doesn't incorporate simple drag & drop, and while with perseverance it's possible to get something done, it's about as user friendly as a constipated gorilla. fails to detect phones sufficiently after initial use. in general, this program has creates the feeling that you're dealing with a dud, and that no commands are doing anything. don't waste your time, effort or cash-isn't it a paid profession to design software adequately..?

I need to transfer my Palm phone book to my mobile phone (SE W810i) and the 5 star rating on this site influenced me. I should have just gone by the user reviews. To begin with it transfered 19 phone numbers, which I think is the trial limit (even though I had bought and downloaded the software). From then on it was misery as I tried to get it to see my phone and synchronise with it. I've re installed software, but to no effect. I've spent too much time on this now. My advice, pass this software by.

Doesn't work with Google Calendar as promised, at least not for me with the Nokia 6233. The rest Nokia PC Suite does much better
